F25 Series Crankbait — Bluegill

The F25 is the shallow one. A fat-bellied body that runs 2–5 ft and pushes more water than a tight-wobbling bait — which is exactly what you want up on the bank and any time the water has some color in it.

Throw it at laydowns, stumps, rip-rap, and the first few feet off the bank. Bang it into cover on purpose; the deflection is what triggers the strike.

When to throw Bluegill: bluegill patterns come alive around the spawn and hold through summer, anywhere there's grass and a healthy panfish population. Best in clear or pressured water, where bass get a good look and expect to see something real.
